Delivery

Regarding posting of items,

We will endeavour to post out the contact lenses / products by next available working day.

During holiday times including bank holidays we will prepare your order for delivery on the next available working day.

Refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • The return must be preapproved with Mac Nally Opticians in advance of returning your products. Please contact [email protected] to arrange refund and returns.
  • Only sealed boxes will be accepted for the return of contact lenses.
  • Fees associated with outward shipping and shipping protection are non refundable. Additionally, the return shipping fee will be at the customers expense and non-refundable.
  • In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: contacting [email protected]

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

Conditions for Returns

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
